Costs for arrival and departure

The costs for arrival and departure as well as overnight accommodation are to be borne by the course participants themselves. On request, we can assist you with room reservations.s.

What do you need for the course?

Please bring a bath towel, a towel, bathing shoes, T-shirt, sports shorts and swimwear.

Course times

• Daily: 8:30-16:30
• Lunch break: 12:00-12:30

Registration

We require a binding registration per course. Registrations can be made by phone, or written by fax or e-mail. With your binding registration you commit yourself to pay the course fee. The course fee is due upon registration. The place for you will only be reserved after payment of the course fee (you will receive the invoice with the course confirmation). If we have not received the course fee at the beginning of the course, we reserve the right not to allow you or your employees to participate in the course. With the registration and its acceptance by Kurland GmbH, a business contract is concluded in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

Course cancellation

We require a binding registration for each course. This can be done by telephone or e-mail. With your binding registration you agree to pay the course fee. The course fee is due upon registration. A place is only reserved for you once the course fee has been paid!

With the registration and its acceptance by Kurland GmbH, a business contract is concluded with acceptance of the general terms and conditions.

Cancellation of the registration

We reserve the right to cancel training dates in the event of unexpected events, too few participants or illness of the trainer. If possible, you will be informed up to 8 days in advance. Any course fees paid will be refunded immediately.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only valid in writing. Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the course will be accepted free of charge. From 13 to 4 days before the start of the course, 50% of the training costs will be charged. Cancellations made later than this will be charged at 100%. There is no entitlement to a refund. A substitute can be sent to the course at any time.

Early booking and volume discount

You receive a 10% early booking discount for bookings made up to 2 months before the start of the course. As well as a volume discount for the 3rd course. This means that if you book three courses within one calendar year, you will receive a 20% discount on the 3rd course in addition to the early booking discount!
