In the course “Brush massage for body and face” you will learn to stimulate the metabolism with targeted strokes along the lymph channels, to support blood circulation and metabolism of your guests.
Course content:
- Brief introduction to the physiology of the lymphatic system
- Structure and function of the skin
- Targeted use and massage techniques with body and face brushes
- Creating a spa program for brush massage with body peeling, brush massage and body wrap
- Training of the dry brush massage technique
- Training of the wet brush massage technique
- Training of the brush massage along the lymph channels.
